eLearning Terms and Cancellation Policy:
All eLearning training is non-refundable and McAfee, Inc. assumes no liability for any cancellation fees that may be incurred. Training credits are only valid for a period of 60 days from date of purchase. After this time period, the training credits will be deducted from the student's account. An email notification will be sent to the customer with the website URL and password to log into the eLearning portal to take the class. Once a student logs into the portal, registered class access will be active for 30 days. Upon the completion of the 30 days, access to the registered class will expire.
